Jane and John our new Blue Cranes have settled down remarkably well and according to the lady who feeds them and the carers from Johannesburg Parks, they could soon be in the breeding mood!
How wonderful it will be to welcome the baby! I have noticed that they are much more tame to humans so pop down to Phase 1 Nature Reserve to look for them from the Hide, a lovely rustic experience where you could be in the Bush!
