I can personally recommend approaching Francesca Beattie to sell your house. I have know her for many years living in Fourways Gardens and supporting her with the FWG Garden Club. She was very patient in our case as I was no longer living in Johannesburg as the time we decided to sell. In fact she had to try an see the value of the property while the tenants were living in the house. When she viewed it again it was in the middle of us packing up the house. She listened attentively to all the things we did to the house and what would be potential selling points. She also informed us right from the start what was needed in terms of documents and certificates and that we have proposer signed Council/Estate drawings. Eventually after a further delay, she could view and photograph the house, to start the marketing.
