We purchased a home through Fran in June and are moving in tomorrow. We saw the house and within 2 days had viewed it 4 times and put in an offer. Our offer was subject to our current home being sold and we had 2 months to do this. Fran sold our house within 6 weeks and worked tirelessly to do so. She even brought us some plants for our garden. She was really efficient, engaged, available and flexible in terms of time, accommodating us and accommodating the potential buyers. All in all it was a painless experience.
